Sonu Sood, born on July 30, 1973, in Moga, Punjab, is an Indian actor, model, and philanthropist. 



He began his acting career in regional films before making his Bollywood debut in 2002 with "Shaheed-E-Azam." Over the years, Sonu gained recognition for his versatile performances in both positive and negative roles in movies like "Dabangg," "Simmba," and "Happy New Year.




"Beyond his acting career, Sonu Sood became a national hero during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. He emerged as a real-life superhero by tirelessly helping migrant workers stranded due to lockdowns reach their homes.




 Sonu arranged buses, trains, and even chartered flights to facilitate the transportation of thousands of workers, earning him widespread praise and admiration.
